Is this a cleanse?

NO! No juices. No powders. No shakes. It is a WHOLE FOODS program. There’s a smoothie recipe included and many other delicious recipes.

Who is this program for?

I just simply started eating with more awareness of what foods I was nourishing my body with. Because it was a short commitment I was able to be successful. I have remained very aware of what I choose to eat, noticing the foods drag me down and more importantly noticing the foods that are truly nourishing. It's so funny, because I never thought it was difficult NOT to reach for sugar foods. Yet, looking back before the detox, I reached for them and ate them. I thought it was more of a choice rather than an addiction. Now even thinking about sugar foods is repulsive. I don't even reach. I don't buy them. I don't even think about them.
