Kava for Anxiety
Have you ever tried kava for anxiety? It’s natural and it actually works. Kava is a root found in the South Pacific that when prepared like a tea calms and relaxes you. Pacific Islanders have been drinking it for medicinal or ceremonial purposes for over 3,000 years. It doesn’t have horrible side effects like pharmaceuticals or cause liver damage as was previously thought.
Many of my clients have found that kava helps with their anxiety as well as stress, sleep, and pain. Some people even use it as an alternative to alcohol because in larger doses it provides a mild, clear headed intoxication. Kava is non-addictive, doesn’t cause a hangover, or have any calories.
