If you are determined to make lasting changes to your lifestyle and are frustrated with everything you’ve tried in the past, you’ve come to the right place. I am here to help you find new ways of becoming a healthier and happier version of yourself.

Under the care and guidance of my 6-Month Transformation, I will help you set goals that you can not only achieve, but also maintain. (Attempting to make lifestyle changes can seem overwhelming on your own). The support, structure, and accountability I provide during my program is why working with a health coach is so vital. You’ll feel so good that you won’t want to go back to your old habits.  

In my program, we focus on food, exercise, sleep, relationships, career, and your overall happiness. So many things in life are intertwined. Stress, energy, weight, pain, emotions, and diet can all have a significant impact on your health. I will give you the tools to manage these aspects of your life, so you can control them rather than letting them control you.

6-Month Transformation:

My comprehensive program is designed to Empower you - to Transform yourself -  so you can Thrive in your life. 6-Month Transformation includes:

 

  • Individual sessions. The program includes 12, 50-minute biweekly sessions by phone or Skype and notes to refer to after each session.
  • Customized coaching. Each session will include customized coaching tailored specifically to your individual health needs. I will provide what I call “lifestyle tweaks” for you to try. Making small but important changes to your lifestyle can have a more lasting impact than trying to make drastic changes all at once.
  • Email support. Between sessions, I’m available to answer questions or provide the support you need to stay focused, so you can complete your goals.
  • Recipes specific to your way of eating. The program is not about forcing any dietary beliefs on you.
  • Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or a paleo enthusiast, I provide healthy recipes that respect and encourage your preferred way of eating. I encourage my clients to try new foods, but I don’t believe in depriving yourself. I like to coach people to eat healthy, but still indulge on things you love. I won’t make you give them up. I like to follow the 90/10 rule and it works out really well.

One Single Session:

This is great for asking me questions, picking my brain about health related issues, find out how I healed my body from Arthritis and Lyme, if you're curious about being a health coach, or a check in for previous clients.

 

    • Individual session. This session includes one 50-minute session by phone or Skype and notes for you to refer to after the session.
    • Customized coaching. Tailored specifically to your needs. Your choice from any of the above topics.
    • What do I get? You may leave with recipes, referrals, or resources depending on what the session if about.
    • What is this not for? This session isn't meant for long-term goals or creating new lifestyle habits. If you're interested in these kinds of goals my 6-month transformation would be a better fit.
